The augmented triangular prism is the 49th Johnson solid (J49). It has 7 vertices, 13 edges, and 8 faces (6 equilateral triangles and 2 squares).

The augmented triangular prism can be constructed by attaching a square pyramid to one of the square faces of a triangular prism. Adding a second square pyramid results in the biaugmented triangular prism (J50), and adding a third on top of that produces the triaugmented triangular prism (J51).
